Tidbits about Hummingbirds
Hummingbirds are the only known bird able to fly backwards. In my experience they prefer a simple water and sugar mixture as opposed to the "feed" that comes with many commercial feeders. Simply mix 1 cup of water with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Any ratio of this mixture can be used depending on the size of your feeder. |
